How it works exactly
This is a 3-part process.
1. Team self-assessment and Money Personality profiling done via online forms.
2. Bespoke online Group training delivered by Nicole. This training is created based on team self-assessment. Tailored Money tools are delivered to team members to implement.
3. REVIEW. After 4 weeks of implementing, we meet again online and do a team re-assessment and self-review. Here we assess the impact on confidence and clinic revenue.
Explained further below.
1. Team assessment (pre-session)
We start by assessing yours and your teams Money confidence via a pre session form that is emailed to you to share with your team.
- Here each individual team member self-assesses their sales and communication ability and money confidence and also provides feedback about where they require support.
- They also undertake a pre-session money personality assessment.
These two data sets form the basis of our custom session delivered to you and your team.
We then create a session that speaks directly to the development areas of each team member and provide solutions for how to navigate these "money leaks" in your clinic at an Individual level in the consultation room.
These findings and their solutions are presented in the Team workshop intensive (delivered online).
2. Team Workshop intensive (2 hours)
In this 2-hour online team intensive I dive into what is happening in your team and why it is happening ie why certain money behaviors are coming through in the consultation and how to clearly navigate them. Eg hesitation with pricing, over delivering, discounting and being conservative with treatment plan delivery.
In the session participants learn how to neutralise money fear, shame and resistance when it shows up in the consultation (in various ways) and how to lead the money and pricing element of the conversation from neutral positioning.
By removing these barriers in the consultation, the patient is then able to comfortably move to the next step of the consultation process and treatment plan easefully.
Your team leaves with:
- Awareness on where they are sabotaging the consultation and how to neutralise their money positioning to prevent future sabotaging.
- Scripts on how to Lead the premium consultation conversation from a neutral money positioning.
3. 1 X 60 min follow up with Nicole
4 weeks after the intensive session is delivered, I meet with the Clinic Owner and team onlin to assess the outcomes of the tools that were delivered in the workshop. I assess the impact on:
- Clinic Revenue
- Team Confidence surrounding money and pricing conversation delivery
- Consultation and premium treatment plan delivery and uptake
4. Opportunity for continued support.
Following this session there is opportunity for ongoing team support with Clinic revenue growth for both the team and the Leader.
This looks like monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly sessions offered in packages.

I'd describe myself, as a fun, feminine, fiery and elegant Leader. And I am here to help you feel powerful when you Lead, speak and ask for money.
I am passionate about de-stigmatising money shame for women and I am here to celebrate ALL of you. I mean you dared to do it differently which is why you're reading this. I have made a business out of developing people, with a specific focus on developing female Business Owners and now specifically, Cosmetic Nurse and Clinic Owners.
Why? Because more money in the hands of socially minded women is how we create positive change in the world and I couldn't think of a better group then Nurses, to circulate big money.
Education wise I have a Commerce Degree with majors in: Economics, Human Resources and Commercial Law. I am an ex-corporate and work with clients who are multi 7 and 8 figure Business owners. I have also had clients come to me earning $80k a year and we have taken their business to multi 6 figures in 12 months. My brief is if you are devoted, committed to excellence and hungry for success, we are on.
I am also a Money Mindset coach. What does that mean? It means I know how to guide you back into deep self-worth so that you can confidently ASK and embody the premium price points and premium clients that you desire.

Within 24 hours of joining, you receive an email inviting you to book your team session in. From here you are sent the pre-session assessment with a message on how to communicate this training with your team. We then meet in the session together and activate your team and Clinic Revenue. The support is clear, thorough and impactful.
